College Prep

College Prep is an intensive academic-based program that prepares high-risk youth between the ages of 16-24 to matriculate to and graduate from college. The first step for College Prep students is to earn their General Educational Development (GED). Most students who make the commitment are prepared to sit for the exam within the first 3-6 months. While preparing for the GED, students meet with a Case Manager to prepare their college applications and create financial aid plans. Once enrolled in college, Case Managers continue to provide support services to ensure a smooth transition on campus.
