Human Resources Coordinator: Responsible for benefits administration, governmental reporting, maintaining Human Resources Information System, employee orientations, assisting in recruiting, hiring and providing professional development (retreat planning, trainings) for employees and volunteers, and processing Workman’s comp claims, payroll, CORI/SORI’s.
Staff Accountant: Major duties include preparation of monthly journal entries, account analysis, bank reconciliation, assist with daily cash deposits, AP and other finance duties as required.
Development Associate: The position is responsible for increasing the visibility of College Bound Dorchester through strategic fundraising and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Development Department and College Bound Dorchester’s program staff, the Development Associate will help to develop and implement fundraising strategies including identification and securing of gifts from corporate, foundation, individual and government sources.
Early Education Program Manager: The position is responsible for all administrative, policy, reporting and planning activities related to the program. The Program Manager will develop their staff and their program, as well as their budget. The Program Manager may also be required to provide occasional coverage in the classroom.
Educator/Lead Teacher: Responsible for implementing child assessments and designing activities to meet children’s needs, motivate children toward a positive attitude for learning, facilitate the development of self control, social skills, self-esteem and conduct meetings with parents and teachers.
The Educator/Lead Teacher will provide all educational and programmatic supervision for his/her classroom and will work closely with the Program Manager and with the Early Education Team to ensure quality programming.
Educator: Educator is responsible for working with the Lead Teacher and Program Manager towards the implementation of curriculum, assessments, and program standards and procedures.
Substitute Teacher: Work with other team members in implementing developmentally appropriate preschool activities for young children.
Program Manager: The Out of School Time Program Manager will provide all educational, programmatic, and administrative supervision for the program and will work closely with the COO and Director of Early Education and Out of School Time to ensure quality while preparing for aggressive growth plans.
ESOL and GED Instructor: Develop and execute lesson plans appropriate for ESOL learners at different levels.
